    I had such an amazing experience at Swiss Chalet, all thanks to our incredible waitress, Emily! From the moment we were seated, Emily’s energy was contagious - she was warm, friendly, and genuinely hilarious. She had us laughing the entire time, and her upbeat vibe turned a simple dinner into a memorable night out. On top of that, her service was spot-on (and I can be a pit of a glutenous pig when it comes to sauces). Drinks were refilled before we even had to ask, our meals came out perfectly, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure we were happy without being intrusive. Honestly, Emily made our dining experience 10 times better - she’s the kind of person who turns first-timers into regulars. If you're heading to Swiss Chalet, do yourself a favour and ask for Emily. She's a total gem.

    Five-Star Service from Emily! From the moment we sat down, Emily made our experience unforgettable. Her warm smile and upbeat energy instantly set the tone for a fantastic meal. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and gave the best recommendations! Everything she suggested was spot-on and absolutely delicious. What stood out the most was how genuine she was. She made a real connection with our table, made us laugh, and treated us like regulars even though it was our first visit. She handled everything with such grace, even during the busiest parts of the night. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates a dining experience the way Emily did.     Server was amazing. Stephanie was so kind and respectful and really helpful. Food is always wonderful. Swiss Chalet is my favorite restaurant and I always love the classic garden salad and house sauce, and the great chicken and fries.

    Natasha and Emily served us for dinner on Friday and they were absolutely wonderful! They were both very friendly. Natasha mentioned she was new, and if she did not tell us we would have no idea! They were both able to answer questions! Service was very quick and attentive. We will definitely be back!!

Throughout my meal, Emily checked in on me regularly, ensuring my drink was full and that I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made my visit memorable.     Excellent Service from Emily! I had such a wonderful dining experience, largely thanks to our server, Emily. From the moment she greeted our table, she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She struck the perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive, always there when we needed something but never hovering. Emily was also very knowledgeable about the menu, offering fantastic recommendations that we absolutely loved. Our drinks were always topped up, and our food arrived promptly and perfectly. Beyond her efficiency, Emily's friendly demeanor truly made our meal more enjoyable. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in her service. We left feeling very satisfied and impressed. We'd happily dine here again and hope to have Emily as our server!

    Always a pleasure to be a guest at the Welland Swiss Chalet. My husband and I bring our kiddos with us and Britney is so good with them. The food is always great and service is impeccable.
